    Abstract
According to the University of Colombia (2014), they developed an automated weather monitoring station with a USB communication facility and a built-in data logging facility Through the use of the wired communication greatly improved data transfer to monitoring station through the computer’s built-in USB interface. According to National Meteorological Centre NMC (2021), the data collection and exchange help farmers, flower farms to be aware of the weather and plan for their agricultural production such as when to plant. This information helps the people to be informed of the weather changes in different parts of the country in case of travel plans to avoid any future accidents. The study will be undertaken based on the WeatherWeather system research domain and mobile application system. A mobile application is a computer program designed to run on a mobile device such as a phone. WeatherWeather is a system that gather information about the weather changes, provides daily alerts (2019). WeatherWeather provides advantages like effective and productive decision making to the managers by gathering information about weather changes into a single database thus presenting the information in a more understandable manner. The weather monitoring application developed is known as KLIMA
