    Investigating the possible effective path for construction dispute resolution in Uganda

    This study can be used to identify several problem areas in Uganda‟s construction industry and steps that should be taken to clarify any issues or conflicts that may arise in these common problem areas. Negotiation was identified as the most used resolution method at a percentage of 43.7% followed by mediation at 31%. Litigation was the least preferred resolution method represented by a 5.5% preference rate. (1.948Mb)
