Abstract
The workplace is becoming increasingly diverse as globalization and growing competition
necessitate a workforce consisting of individuals with different ideas, backgrounds, experience,
and knowledge to maximize competitive advantage.
The research revealed that decision making and employee engagement are significantly related.
