Abstract
This report includes a development presentation of a system for managing staff related tasks and activities within a small company or organization. The system developed is called daily performance and task monitoring system. Data was collected using quantitative and qualitative methods. Under quantitative method collection, techniques like questionnaires were used and interviews under qualitative. This system was tested to check for faults and errors. The testing of the system was done in three different ways that is, unit testing under which units or modules were individually and independently scrutinized for proper operation, Integration Testing under which Individual application modules were combined and tested as a group to see if they operate properly and then lastly System Testing, where a complete and integrated application was tested. The purpose of this test was to evaluate the application’s compliance with the specified requirements.
