    Abstract
    Purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between talent management, employee empowerment and employee performance of workers in organizations Uganda. 4 Objectives The study was guided by the following objectives; 1. To examine the relationship between talent management and employee empowerment among employees of Kinyara Sugar Limited Masindi District. 2. To examine the relationship between employee empowerment and employee performance among the employees of Kinyara Sugar Limited Masindi District. 3. To examine the relationship between talent management and employee performance among Employees of Kinyara Sugar Limited. Scope The study was carried out among employees of Kinyara Sugar Limited (KSL) found in Masindi districts Uganda because there is an industry whose workers are found to be managed talent wise, empowered as well as effecting performance therefore can provide the information needed. The study examined the relationship between talent management and employee empowerment among employees, employee empowerment and performance among employees and relationship between talent management and performance among employees. The study was meant to lead to identification of gaps which would work as a basis for further research by scholars in future investigation.
