    Analysis of the management of insurance records: A case study of Minet Limited

    Abstract
    This research was carried out on the analysis of the management of insurance records with Minet Limited as a case study in order to find out how effective records are managed and provide recommendable strategies for improvement. The intended objectives of the study were; to find out the types of insurance records generated and maintained at Minet Limited, analyze the storage and retrieval methods of insurance records at Minet Limited, find out challenges associated with the management of insurance records at Minet Limited and lastly provide solutions to the challenges . The literature review in the study cover the types of insurance records generated and maintained at Minet Limited, storage and retrieval methods of insurance records, challenges associated with the management of insurance records and solutions to the challenges associated with the management of insurance records at Minet Limited. The research methodology involved both qualitative and quantitative research design, data collection methods that’s questionnaire method, interview method and observation method, data collection instruments for example questionnaire guide, interview guide and observation guide, data analysis management, ethical issues and limitations to the study. In conclusion, the findings of the study included the types of insurance records generated and maintained at Minet Limited, storage and retrieval methods for example boxing of records, use of file movement cards, challenges faced and recommendations for improvement according to the respondents and the research for proper management of insurance records at Minet Limited.
