In addition, organizations were recommended to issue written contracts to their employees highlighting the terms and conditions of their employment while clearly highlighting that the employees’ tenures are not be ended untimely without clear circumstances. The circumstances under which an employee’s tenure can be terminated should be highlighted as well.
