    Employee motivation, employee commitment and individual job performance among AAR healthcare workers

    Abstract
    The study examined the relationship among Employee motivation, Employee commitment and individual job performance among AAR healthcare workers. It’s intended to achieve the following objectives; to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee motivation and Employee Commitment, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee Commitment and Individual Job Performance, to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Employee motivation and Individual Job Performance. The study was quantitative employing a correlation research design. The study used139 respondents and data was collected by use of a self -administered standard questionnaire which was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists version 21 (SPSS). The study results revealed that there was there was a significant relationship between Employee Motivation and Employee Commitment among AAR health workers 0.01(p=.000<0.01; was a significant relationship between aemployee commitment and Job Performance among AAR health workers 0.01(p=.000<0.01, furthermore results revealed that there was aemployee motivation and Job Performance among AAR health workers 0.01(p=.000<0.01)
