    Abstract
The research undertaking is one of the required undertakings for one to be awarded the Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. It is an opportunity for the student to choose a topic in relation to what they have studied, studying challenges and making research about them or any innovations that can be problem solving. They then undertake the research, coming up with the proposal and collecting data which is analysed to draw conclusions and recommendations. It is an undertaking that runs from the start of the last academic year till the last semester of that academic year. The report encompasses all detailed activities done in line with the research right from choosing the topic to submission of the research report about the particular topic.
