Abstract

Financial Management can be defined as planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and utilization of funds of the enterprise. It means applying general management principles to financial resources of the enterprise Therefore, the process of financial management is tiresome, and complex hence there is need for a Computerized system that will reduce the complexity and increase efficiency of the finance management in the business. This project entails the analysis, design and implementation of a computerized Finance Management System for BANTON CLAY BRICK MAKING BUSINESS that was designed using Visual studio as the design environment This Computerized System is used by the BANTON CLAY BRICK MAKING BUSINESS by logging in using its Username and Password. The user can enter details of various individual items, revenues, expenses and sales gotten from the bricks. The system generates a report or summary of the requested information by the user. It will be able to show whether the business incurred a loss or profit
