    Organizational culture, motivation and job performance among employees working at Smart up factory

    Abstract
    The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, motivation and job performance. The study was intending to achieve the objectives: To examine the relationship between organizational culture and motivation, to ascertain the relationship between motivation and job performance and to determine the relationship between organizational culture and job performance. The study used a sample of 80 respondents who were adopted using sampling technique and data was collected using self-administered questionnaires and later analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Scientists). The findings showed that organizational culture and motivation are not significantly related (p =.083, r = .195). Furthermore, the findings show that motivation and job performance are significantly related (p =.038, r = .232). However, findings show that organizational culture and job performance are significantly related (p =.000, r = .646**).
