    Abstract
    Conservation and preservation of records covers techniques of keeping records. It identifies the enemies of records and administrative measures to overcome and manage the enemies. The study also attempts to preserve records in their original format. The main purpose of my research is based on the study to learn, understand and exploit how to identify the record harassment, develop and implement strategies to protect records for future reference by the public.
