    Abstract
Majority of the employees in some organizations are faced with a challenge in their performance at work. This has been facilitated by the recurring high levels of work related stressors at their respective jobs making them dissatisfied with their work. This is assumed to be heightened by the low levels of motivation that comes from employers thus making employees perform poorly at their jobs. This study examined the relationship between occupational stress, motivation and job performance among employees. A correlational study design that is quantitative and descriptive was adopted to establish the relationship between the variables. A total of 100respondents, both male and female participated in the study. Data collected was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), where Pearson Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to test the significance of the hypotheses. The study revealed that there was a significant relationship between occupational stress, and job performance among employees; the study also revealed that there was a significant relationship between occupational stress and motivation among employees. The study further showed that there was no significant relationship between motivation and job performance among employees
