    Abstract
    The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between shiftwork, stress and job performance. The study was intending to achieve objectives. To examine the relationship between shiftwork and stress and to determine the relationship between stress and job performance and to ascertain the relationship between shift work and job performance. The study was using a sample of 50 respondents who were adopted using sampling technique, data was collected using self-administered questionnaires and later analysed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Scientists) version 23. Data was summarized into frequency percentage tables for bio data section and Pearson product correlation analysis was used to test the hypothesis.
