Ethical leadership, employee engagement and task performance among teachers at Victorious High School- Nansana

Abstract
The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between Ethical leadership, Employee Engagement and Task Performance among Employees of Victorious High School- Nansana. A correlational study design that is quantitative was adopted to establish the relationship between both variables of which they were selected randomly. A total of 80 respondents, both male and female participated in the study. Data collected was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), where a Pearson correlation coefficient (r) was used to test the significance of the hypotheses. The study results revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between Ethical Leadership and Employee Engagement among Teachers at Victorious High School- Nansana (p=.043<0.05 at r= .276*.);there is no significant relationship between Employee engagement and Task performance among Teachers at Victorious High School Nansana (p=.054>0.05 at r= .264.); there is no significant relationship between Ethical leadership and Task performance among Teachers at Victorious High School Nansana. (p=.518>0.05 at r= .090.).
