    Abstract
    The study assessment of employee motivation, employee engagement and performance shall be conducted at Safe Drive Uganda located at plot 1 Hill Drives, Kololo. It was focused on the following objectives which include examining the relationship between employee motivation and performance, to find out the relationship between employee motivation and employee engagement, to investigate the relationship between employee engagement and performance among employees of Safe Drive Uganda. Literature review which is the chapter two includes works of other scholars that wrote about employee motivation, employee engagement and performance. Different data collection methods that include interviewing, questionnaires and observation were used to collect data from the field with the help of data collection tools like interview guide, observation guide and questionnaire guide in order for the researcher to get findings of the study and all that is in chapter three. Data analysis which is chapter four includes results and findings of the study and chapter five provides discussion, conclusion and recommendation drawn from the study
