    Motivation, organizational commitment and performance among employees of ESK engineering and general enterprises

    Abstract
    performance among ESK Engineering and General Enterprise employees. It intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine relationship between motivation and organizational commitment, to examine relationship between organizational commitment and performance, to examine relationship between motivation and performance. The study design comprised of a correlational research design. Simple random sampling was used to determine the sample size. Data was collected by the use of self adminstered questionnaires, journal reports and internet which were in relation to the study objectives. Data was presented by the use of frequency tables and later analyzed by statistical packages for social scientists (SPSS) which was presented in form of Pearson correlation coefficience table to show the strength of relationship between motivation, organizational commitment and performance. The study results revealed that there was a significant relationship between Motivation and Organizational Commitment, a significant relationship between Organizational Commitment and Performance as well as a significant relationship between Motivation and Performace.
