    Assessing the Contribution of Ethical Leadership and Employee Engagement towards Organizational Commitment

    Abstract
    This research was conducted to examine the relationship between Ethical leadership, Employee engagement and Organisation commitment among Staff of Uganda Communication Commission. and was carried out during June to August. Many employees today lack ethical leadership which has led to poor employee engagement. This is because of constant work routine which does not give room for new ideas thus discouraging creativity. The study used a correlation research design, data was collected from 30 respondents of Uganda Communication Commission from both female and male and SPSS was used for documents analysis and discussions. The findings revealed that Ethical leadership, Employee engagement and Organisation commitment are significantly related. This study concluded that training provides new skills to employees which is used to create new ideas, products and processes which leads to employee satisfaction. The study identified the need for employee training by organisations to provide new knowledge and skills to improve creativity which enables employees to accomplish their tasks at work thereby become satisfied at their work.
