    Abstract
A dairy farm is basically a farm that rears cattle (cows and bulls) not only for accumulation but also milk production. Dairy farm records can be manually stored in files by different farm staff. However, these records may not be easily accessible, they are prone to being easily altered and cannot be easily retrieved. This study concerns the development of a computerized dairy farm records keeping and management system. This system will identify each animal by an identification number which will be on the tag attached to their ears. This system will be used to capture each animal date of birth(approximated) to know its age, its gender (whether it’s a cow or bull) , breed , and health status. There will also be a form for milked cows which will be used to record the liters obtained, price per liter and the system will automatically compute the total amount of money expected from milk production.
