    Abstract
    Abusive supervision, occupational stress and emotional exhaustion among employees of Uganda Registration Service Bureau. The study had the following objectives; to examine the relationship between abusive supervision and emotional exhaustion. To examine the relationship between abusive supervision and occupational stress and to examine the relationship between occupational stress and emotional exhaustion. Cross-sectional survey was used. The researcher rejected the null hypothesis and conclude that there is a strong significant relationship between abusive supervision and occupational stress. According to the research, we shall reject the null hypothesis and conclude that there is a strong significant relationship between occupational stress and emotional exhaustion among employees of URSB. The researcher rejected the null hypothesis and conclude that there is a significant relationship between abusive supervision and emotional exhaustion. Basing on the study that was looking to establish the relationship between abusive supervision, occupational stress and emotional exhaustion, the researcher accepted that there is a relationship between the variables. This further implies that an increase in the amount of abusive supervision shall increase the amount of occupational stress faced by the employees thus leaving them emotionally exhausted. It was recommended that; organizations need to send a clear message to all employees that abusive behaviour should not be tolerated, employees are therefore encouraged to report abusive behaviour in ways that protect their identity from possible reprisal and Employees should be encouraged to seek support through an Employee Assistance Programs with on the organization or individual counsellors at the organizational premises. These to help address the problem of abusive supervision through straight talks to the supervisor him/herself or to the high-profile administrators
