    Childcare Support in the Organization, Employee Engagement and Employee Performance Among Nursing Mothers. A Case at NSSF, KCCA MOLG, MGLSD Kampala Uganda

    Abstract
    The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between Childcare Support in the organization, Employee Engagement and Employee performance among nursing mothers. The sample size comprised of 67 respondents sampled out using a non-ran random sampling technique. The study adopted a correlational study design which was quantitative in nature. Analysis was run by Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS version 20). The results indicated a significant relationship between Childcare Support and Employee Engagement at (r=0.474, (000) < 0.05), a positive relationship between Childcare Support and Employee Performance at (r=0.849, p (0.000) < 0.05) and a positive relationship between Employee Engagement and Employee Performance at (r= 0.624, p (000) < 0.05
