    Abstract
In this project, we studied Spectrum re-farming in particular dynamic spectrum farming basing on GSM and LTE technologies. However, since both GSM and LTE utilise the same time and frequency resources, interference arises degrading the quality of service for both technologies. If there are no proper location of resources to any the technologies, there is deterioration in the performance of cellular network. As a way of overcoming the interference challenge, we proposed an interference management algorithm that can reduce on the adjacent interference between GSM and LTE technologies. We take on our idea through simulations to show the value of our algorithm in reduction of inference and improved network performance.
