dc.description.abstract This dissertation aimed at to find out the levels of job satisfaction in secondary teachers in Kampala, to find out the levels of job performance among secondary teachers in Kampala and investigating the Job Satisfaction and Job Performance Among Secondary School Teachers in Kampala. The study adopted a quantitative study design and 42 teachers were selected to participate in this study. Data obtained was then analyzed using statistical package for social scientist version 25.The results from this study indicated that there was a significant between Job Satisfaction and Job Performance Among Secondary School Teachers in Kampala en_US
