dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between talent management, employee empowerment and turnover intentions among employees of National Water and Sewage Corporation (NWSC). The study investigated the relationship between talent management, employee empowerment and turnover intentions among employees of National Water and Sewage Corporation. A correlational study design was adopted using quantitative and qualitative methods. A Simple random sampling was used to select the staff whereby questionnaires were given out to the staff members. Data analysis involved frequencies, percentages and inferential statistics such as correlations and the coefficient of determination. Findings revealed a positive significant relationship between talent management and employee empowerment, findings revealed a negative non-significant relationship between employee empowerment and turnover intentions and findings revealed a negative non-significant relationship between talent management and turnover intentions among employees The study recommends that organizational policies, practices and procedures that are aimed at increasing talent management like providing traditional counseling services, management training, stress management, and wellness programs should be encouraged because they increase on the empowerment levels of employees and hence increased performance of their duties in the institution. en_US
