Abstract
The aim of the study was to examine the relationship Employee motivation and job satisfaction in Save the Children Organization in Jubek State, South Sudan.The researcher used quantitative approach. The population of the study was drawn from employees both female and male residing in Jubek State, South Sudan. A simple sampling design was employed in this research project. Data was analysed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and frequency tables were generated for the bio data of the respondents, Pearson Product Moment Coefficient was used to establish the relationship between variables of study; self- Employee motivation and job satisfaction among employees. In hypothesis one, the null hypothesis is rejected and it’s concluded that there is a significant relationship between Employee motivation and job satisfaction among employees in in Jubek State, South Sudan and it’s concluded that according to Pearson correlation findings, it was revealed that motivation was significantly related to job satisfaction. Finally it was recommended that Employers should implement intrinsic motivation tactics and design employee employment in a way that gives employees the chance to express their demands for autonomy, competition, and social interaction. Employees must therefore choose to participate in order to feel a sense of accomplishment and to have many opportunities to interact with their peers.
