A Study of the Scheduling Activities of Mulago Hospital X-ray Services.

Abstract

This project report is composed of basically five chapters. Chapter one consists of the background of the study, the problem statement, the main and the specific objectives, project scope, its justification, significance and definition of some of the terms used in the report. Chapter two consists of literature review which basically shows what has been studied before in regard to this topic and the relationships this project research has with other studies of similar scope. This provide an idea of the relevancy of this research project as far as the study topic is concerned. Chapter three consists of the methods used to achieve the specific objectives which in turn fulfilled the main objective. It contains the ways through which the objectives were fulfilled during data collection and analysis. Chapter four contains the results that were obtained during the data collection process and analysis together with the discussions as far as the results are concerned in satisfying the specific objectives. Chapter five consists of the conclusions per specific objective and the recommendations which are suggested so as to improve on the x ray scheduling activities at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
