dc.description.abstract This paper describes the Softaware Design Document, Project Report and User Manual for the AI Car Price Negotiator. This software service is designed to allow negotiation of a price set on a car by buyers with an AI chatbot. The AI Chatbot can be used to communicate with buyers and sellers in real time. The software was developed using the Python programming language and was able to serve both sellers and buyers. It was tested and validated using a set of system specifications. It is highly recommended that the AI software used in this implementation be regularly upgraded since AI is still an evolving field that is ever growing. en_US
