Abstract
Developing skills and capacity for gaining some reasonable control over ones’ life results into the powerless individuals, organizations or groups gaining power and control among themselves and supporting empowerment of others in their communities Rowlands (1997), as cited by (Solava and Sabina, 2007). This study assessed the effects of capacity building on youth empowerment in Bupadnengo village in Kamuli district.
