dc.description.abstract This research examined the relationship between peer pressure, self-esteem and depression among adolescents. The study was carried out in secondary schools around Wakiso district (Entebbe division). The two schools selected were Martah high school and Stafford high school. The respondents were 100 aged 12 to 18years in the study. Participants were seleted by use of simple random sampling technique and data was collected by use of self-administered questionnaires addressing peer pressure, self-esteem and depression which was analyzed by statistical package for social sciences (SPSS, Version 21).Spearman Product Moment Correlation coefficient (rs) was used to test the significance of the hypothesis. The study shows that there is a significant relationship between peer pressure and self-esteem among adolescents, there is a insignificant relationship between self-esteem and depression among the adolescents and there is a significant relationship between peer pressure and depression among adolescents. en_US
