dc.description.abstract As the love for fast foods is growing in Uganda, Bushera has found a name in the trending fast meal delicacy. Although many people love Bushera, majority don’t understand the process of preparing it. It is on that many fast food vendors have found a market space to add the millet porridge on their daily menu. The millet based porridge is known to be rich in magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, Vitamin B3 and zinc, the nutrients needed for both young and old people. en_US
