dc.description.abstract The study aimed at studying the relationship between sleep quality, psychological wellbeing and work performance of employees to establish the relationship between sleep quality, psychological wellbeing and work performance among employees. The study adopted a correlation study design. Simple random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 87 respondents from the population. Data was collected from respondents using a self –administered questionnaire and through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) data was analyzed. Descriptive statistics showed that majority were female 54% and were followed by males with 46% of the total population, majority were between 20-29 years,56%. Results from correlation further indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between sleep quality and psychological wellbeing, psychological wellbeing and work performance were significantly related and there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and work performance Thus, the findings of this study provide several recommendations to administrators and managers of the several organizations, private entities in designing policies and procedures that will be used as motivational guidelines for positive wellbeing and high employee performance. Since positive and happy people have better physical and mental outcomes and behavior and are resilient in the face of hardship. en_US
