| dc.description.abstract | The rapid advancement of technology has necessitated the development of efficient and scalable software solutions to address real-world challenges. This project presents the design, development, and implementation of Fraud Detection in mobile telecommunication Companies, a system aimed at Capturing Fraud incidents in the country. The system has been developed using a combination of modern software engineering methodologies to ensure robustness, scalability, and user-friendliness. The Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Software Design Document (SDD) guided the development process, detailing the functional and non-functional requirements, system architecture, and implementation details. The project follows industry-standard practices, including version control, modular design, and rigorous testing to ensure reliability and efficiency. Key features of the system include text analysis of data to capture fraudulent key aspects and also voice transcription, which enhance usability and performance. The testing phase involved unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate the effectiveness of the solution. The results indicate that the system meets the intended objectives and provides a seamless user experience. This report documents the entire development process, from initial research and requirement analysis to design, implementation, testing, and validation. The insights gained from this project contribute to the ongoing development of software solutions that address modern computing challenges. Future enhancements and recommendations for further improvement are also discussed. | en_US |
