dc.description.abstract This proposal introduces a comprehensive IT Asset Management System (ITAMS) fortified with advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, particularly in predictive analytics, to revolutionize the control, tracking, and utilization of organizational assets within the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. The system addresses challenges associated with diverse asset management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing return on investment. Key features include a centralized repository for all IT assets, automated inventory tracking, lifecycle management from procurement to disposal, robust compliance and license management, a user-friendly dashboard with customizable reports, seamless integration with existing systems, strict security and access controls, mobile accessibility, and scalability to accommodate future growth. The integration of AI facilitates predictive analytics for proactive decision-making, anticipating maintenance needs, and optimizing asset performance. This innovative ITAMS is expected to significantly enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks associated with IT asset management, ultimately improving resource utilization and bolstering the organization's overall IT infrastructure management capabilities. Training programs and ongoing support will facilitate a smooth transition to the new system enriched with AI capabilities. en_US
