dc.description.abstract The study examined the relationship between Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance among employees of Multitech Business School. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction, to examine the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Job Performance, to examine the relationship between Work Life Balance and Job Performance and to examine the mediating effect of Job Satisfaction on Work Life Balance and Job Performance. A correlational study design was used in the study. The researcher used a sample of 95 employees of the institution who were got using convenient sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) and the findings revealed a positive significant relationship between Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction since p=0.000 at r=1.000**, a positive relationship between Job Satisfaction and Job Performance since p=0.000 at r=.830** and a positive significant relationship between Work Life Balance and Job Performance since p=0.000 at r=.830** en_US
