Design of a mixing tank with an inbuilt homogenizer

Abstract

This report highlights all the activities carried out during the research. It contains back ground of the research project, the problem statement, objectives, significance and methodology that shows how the research work was carried out. Treatment of results contains findings from the different activities carried out. The volume of the tank, the dimensions of the tank, selected type of impeller and its dimensions, the power consumption of the impeller together with the motor rating are all contained in the results and their treatment. The conclusion contains major findings of this work and final remarks. There also recommendations, references and the appendix.
