dc.description.abstract The study aimed at examining the relationship between abusive supervision, organizational citizenship behaviour and counterproductive workbehaviour among employeesof Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. The study adopted a correlational research design. A convenient sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 80 respondents. Data was collected from respondents using self-administered questionnaire and through using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) data was analyzed. Results from Pearson product-moment correlation Coefficient (r) indicated that there was a significant negative relationship between abusive supervision and organizational citizenship behaviour; there was a significant positive relationship between abusive supervisionand counterproductive workbehaviours. Lastly, there was a significant negative relationship between organizational citizenship behaviourand counterproductive workbehaviours. Thus, basing on the findings, since abusive supervision was negatively related to organizational citizenship behaviour and positively related to CWB; it is recommended that organizations take measures to reduce or curb abusive supervision through appointing individuals with high levels of self-control as supervisors. en_US
