dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between peer pressure stress and substance abuse among university students. A correlational study design that is quantitative was adopted to establish the relationship between the variables of which they were selected randomly. The total number of respondents was 100 both male and female that participated in the study. Data collection was analyzed using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), where Pearson correlation coefficient (r) was used to test the significance of the hypothesis. The study results revealed that there was no significant relationship between peer pressure and stress among university students, there was no significant relationship between stress and substance abuse, furthermore, there was no significant relationship between peer pressure and substance among university students en_US
