dc.description.abstract This study aims to investigate the relationship between employee motivation, employee engagement and organization commitment among employees of Centenary Bank Mapeera House. The objective was to examine the relationship between employee motivation and employee engagement, employee engagement and organizational commitment and employee motivation and organizational commitment. This study was carried out using a correlation research design, questionnaires was used to collect data from respondents. The participants were all employees of Centenary Bank and a total number of 100 respondents participated in the study. Data was analyzed using Statistical Package for social science (SPSS), Pearson correlation coefficient (r) was used to test the relationships. en_US
