An online insurance sticker verification assistant

Abstract

Organizations and people hold various documents say but not limited to licenses, certificates,contracts land titles among others which have resulted to redundancy in the methods and applications or systems used to validate and verify the authenticity of such documents.Due to the increasing need of these documents by various organizations or other people, most people result to fraudulent activities so as to possess counterfeits of such documents. In this paper, we propose an online central integrated assistant for verifying the authenticity of these documents.This system will match the unique features of a given document against those defined by the agency that issued out that document. In this study we have developed a prototype which issued as a web platform to provide certificate verification. Verification is the process of establishing the truth,accuracy,or validity of something such as the verification of official documents. In this study the document in reference is the motor third-party insurance certificate commonly known as sticker. In this prototype the user can request the certificates verification through online and enables a convenient demand,on-demand access for shared pool of configurable computing resources that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort. We developed a prototype which allows users to make request to get the motor third party certificates verification by filling the serial number and the company name. All this process will be carried out and can be accessible for all web-based prototype. This service can be available in 24/7 days through out the year.
