dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between workplace violence, stress and job performance among teachers in Kawempe division, Kampala District. The objectives of the study include to investigate the relationship of workplace violence on stress status of teachers in Kawempe Division. Secondly, to determine the relationship of workplace violence on job performance of teachers in Kawempe Division and lastly, to establish the relationship of teachers’ stress repute on their job performance in Kawempe Division. A correlational study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between workplace violence, stress and job performance among teachers in Kawempe Division. The study will be using a sample of 120 teachers or respondents that will be ascertained by simple sampling techniques. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using statistical package for social scientists. en_US
