dc.description.abstract This study was designed to examine the relationship between social support, career interest and career choice among Advanced level high school students at Seeta schools, St Peters and Naalya SS. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to find out whether social support, career interest and career choice are significantly inter-related. A correlation research designed using quantitative approach was adopted and data was collected from a sample of 40 Advanced level high school students. The researcher used Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) to test for hypothesis 1, 2 and 3 of the study. The finding revealed that social support positively influences career choice, career interest and career choice are significantly related and social support positively influences career interest. Basing on the findings, the researcher concluded that there is a great need to further investigate the area of social support, career interest and career choice using more scientific methods to provide a wider dimension of understanding the subject phenomena. en_US
