dc.description.abstract The report proposes the development of a Pharmaco-surveillance system for Uganda. This system aims to track adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and drug interactions, addressing gaps in the current manual and unreliable processes. It intends to provide a centralized and digital platform for recording and monitoring the effects of medicines, enhancing the safety of medications distributed across Uganda’s health sector. The report highlights the need for better data collection on drug safety and outlines a system to improve accuracy, reduce health risks, and build public trust in the medical system. en_US
