Occupational stress, counterproductive work place behaviour and turnover intentions of employees of Kampala Capital City Authority

Abstract

The study seeks to investigate the relationship between occupational Stress, counterproductive workplace behaviour and turnover intentions employees of Kampala City Council Authority. The study intends to achieve the following objectives; to find out the relationship between occupational stress and counterproductive workplace behaviour to find out the relationship between occupational stress and turnover intentions and to investigate the relationship between counterproductive workplace behaviour and turnover intention. A correlation study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between occupational Stress, counterproductive workplace behaviour and turnover intentions of employees of Kampala Capital City Authority. The study will use simple random sampling technique to adopt a sample of respondents that will be sued for the study. Data will be collected using self-administered questionnaires and later analysed using statistical package for social scientists.
