dc.description.abstract The Student Health Information System is a comprehensive web-based system designed to facilitate efficient management of student health records and enhance communication between students and healthcare providers. This project aims to develop a user-friendly and secure system that allows students to access and update their health information, schedule appointments, and receive online consultations. The system also provides doctors and administrators with tools for efficient record-keeping, data analysis, and monitoring of students' health conditions. Through a combination of requirements gathering, system design, and implementation, this project addresses the challenges faced by students in accessing and managing their health information. The system incorporates features such as a user-friendly dashboard, appointment booking, medical record management, notifications, and secure data storage. The development methodology used for this project is an agile approach, ensuring iterative development and regular feedback from users. The data analysis and results of this project indicate that the Student Health Information System has the potential to improve access to healthcare services, enhance patient-doctor communication, and streamline administrative processes. The system's implementation and testing have demonstrated its functionality and usability, while also highlighting areas for further enhancement. This project has important implications for college registrars, healthcare providers, and students alike. It offers a centralized and efficient platform for managing student health information, promoting timely and informed healthcare decisions, and facilitating better coordination between students and healthcare providers. Future work may involve the integration of machine learning algorithms to predict medical conditions based on patients' medical trends and implementing automated alerts for health centres regarding potentially serious health conditions. In conclusion, the Student Health Information SYSTEM presents a valuable solution for improving student healthcare management. By leveraging technology and user-centric design, this system can contribute to enhanced healthcare delivery, increased patient engagement, and improved health outcomes for college students. en_US
