dc.description.abstract This study set out to find out how to develop storage strategy for paper records at centenary bank Kampala, Uganda. The study was carried out in the Centenary Bank Platinum branch with the purpose of developing storage strategies that will be adopted to improve records storage. The study was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and observation checklists. The study was by case study design approach and both secondary and primary data collection methods are to be used. From the data collected, comparisons of opinions were generated and views raised in the face-to-face interview were analyzed on content. en_US
