dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among new psychological contract, job satisfaction and employee job performance among employees of Makerere University. This research sought to examine the relationship between new psychological contract and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and employee job performance and new psychological contract and employee job performance. A correlation research design was used to examine the relationship between new psychological contract, job performance and employee job performance. The study used a sample of 80 respondents who were attained using simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires which were later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The analysis research revealed that there is no significant relationship between new psychological contract, it also revealed that there exists a significant relationship between job satisfaction and employee job performance, further it showed that there is a significant relationship between new psychological contract and employee job performance en_US
