dc.description.abstract The study aimed at finding the empirical relationship Laissez Faire Leadership employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction among the Employees of Zombo District Local Government. Laissez Faire Leadership was the independent variable, employee engagement was the mediating variable and job satisfaction was the dependent variable in the study. For this study, laissez faire style of leadership is empirically analyzed in relation to employee engagement and job satisfaction and how it affects employees overall wellbeing at their work place. A simple random sampling was used to choose the respondents and the questionnaire was self administered. From the findings in this research, managers and employers can engage in active leadership and leadership training and also provide a supportive and positive work environment for their employees. en_US
