Management of insurance records at International Medical Link

Abstract

This research was carried out on the analysis of management of insurance records with international medical link as a case study in order to find out how effective records are manged and provide recommendable strategies for improvement .the intended objectives of the study were to find out the types of records generated at medical link, challenges associated with the management of insurance records and provide solutions to challenges . the literature review in the study cover the types of insurance records generated at international medical records, challenges associated and its solutions the research methodology involved both qualitative and quantitative methods and data instruments in conclusion, the findings of the study included the types of insurance records , storage methods, challenges faced and recommendations for improvement
