dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between abusive supervision, organizational justice and counterproductive work behavior. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to determine the relationship between abusive supervision and counterproductive work behavior, organizational justice and counterproductive work behavior and the relationship between abusive supervision and organizational justice among employees. A cross sectional survey design using quantitative approach was adopted and data was collected from a sample of 80 employees at Butabika National Hospital. The researcher used Pearson product moment correlation coefficient (r) to test hypotheses 1,2, and 3. The finding of the study revealed that there is no significant relationship between abusive supervision and counterproductive work behavior, there is a negative correlation between organizational justice and counterproductive work behavior and lastly the study revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between abusive supervision and organizational justice. The researcher recommended that there is need to do more research on abusive supervision, counterproductive work behavior and organizational justice sing more measurable means to create a wider dimension of the results. en_US
