dc.description.abstract Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage. It is often described as a distressing feeling that can vary in intensity, duration, and location. It leaves a person unable to perform certain activities hence an avoidable low quality of life. The available Technologies to support patients need time for the patients to learn how to use them and not wearable. In this device, we utilized EMG and Accelerometer signals from the arm which were processed and their features extracted to provide feedback for remote physiotherapy services to guide patients during exercise. The signals showed whether the patient is making movements of their arm that is to say either contracting or relaxing the arm. In case of pain, the device also provide pain remedies such that the patient continues with the exercises to improve their quality of life. The device was connected to a User Interface to enable the patient to control pa-rameters of the TENs on their phones and also enable communication between the patient and physiotherapist remotely. This tele-physiotherapy IoT support device has the potential to improve clinical outcomes for patients with var-ious conditions. en_US
